Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives at Genesis limited focus at charting the growth path of sustainable socio-economic development of our society. On the one hand, we have been providing financial support to Indian SMEs for increasing the manufacturing base which will create employment opportunities for the society. The economic development would lead to better sanitation conditions, promote education and eradicate hunger, poverty and malnutrition. On the other hand, we have envisioned our agenda for Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives to fulfill the social commitments towards society at large, namely child education, eradicating hunger, poverty and malnutrition and intervention in the areas of disaster relief, environment, rural and urban infrastructure and building social capital infrastructure as the agenda for its Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.


To actively contribute to the social and economic development of the communities in which we operate. In so doing build a better, sustainable way of life for the poor and disadvantaged children and raise the country’s human development index.


The Company’s CSR will revolve around six guiding principles – Impact, Partnerships, Affirmative Action, Volunteerism, Communication and Innovation.


Genesis has always worked towards funding higher eduction for those who are in need with some of them even going to become experienced professionals working in MNCs. Genesis has been actively working in the sphere of Child Education. Genesis as part of its philanthropic initiative has provided the financial support for higher education of a poor child in order to improve the quality of education, they receive. Providing education will generate sustainable livelihood opportunities for the sponsored children leading to a better India. The company is also encouraging its employees to participate in various CSR initiatives in their professional and personal capacity.

We are currently reviewing the initiatives of various other NGOs to provide consistent social investment in helping the society to become a better place to live.
